For over 20 years, Traffic has designed and implemented shopping center marketing programs for over 125 centers all over the United States. We work exclusively with shopping centers. We like to stay focused.
Based on our years of experience we have identified the dramatic differences between neighborhood, community, lifestyle centers, outlets and regional malls. Each must be marketed differently to successfully address their own unique challenges. Not everyone knows that.
A couple other things we've learned.
Most clients have high expectations and low budgets. We can handle that.
Most importantly - Just because there's traffic in the center doesn't mean the cash registers are ringing. Amazing the number of people who think traffic means sales.
