When you order a program from the Traffic Library, you are purchasing the exclusive "right-to-use" the program in your geographic area for one year. There are three different Mar-Kit types:

Season's Borders
This package of art has proven to be very popular with many Traffic clients because of its versatility. The art has a strong graphic image and looks good in one or two colors. The art easily allows you to insert your copy for counter cards, window signs, poster signs, newspaper ads or any other collateral item you would like to produce. You can reproduce materials in two-colors or use black on colored paper for a more affordable merchant memorandum, bag stuffer or hand-out.
Botanical
Crisp apples, fragrant lilies, colorful leaves and cheerful holly are just four of the seasonal photographs featured in this eye-catching "Botanical" package of art. There are a total of seven photographic images, each representing a different season of the year. You can use the artwork templates for newspaper inserts, signs, center directories, bagstuffers, counter cards or any other collateral item your center would need. Customers will enjoy being "taken to their favorite garden" when they see the photography used throughout your center.
Whimsical
Planning an annual marketing campaign can be challenging on a limited budget and limited resources. "Whimsical" is the ideal answer for a shopping center with an active promotional calendar. When you purchase the Whimsical art package you'll receive a year's worth of art (19 programs total) for promotional activities and retail selling seasons. The artwork is friendly, adaptable to any format and economical when produced in two-color (or even one-color). It's the perfect package for a neighborhood or community shopping center with an active calendar.

Icon
If you need a sophisticated yet simple art package, Icon is a good choice for you. A simple icon graphic is used beneath each month of the year, allowing centers with a small budget to print in one or two colors. The art can be used for merchant memos, bag stuffers and 8 1/2" by 11" laminated counter cards by creating your documents on the computer, then copying them on 20 lb. colored bond paper. Script
This package of art was designed for the shopping center working with a small budget. It can be printed in only one color and provides a simple, consistent graphic look for each month of the year. You can use "Script" for merchant memos, bag stuffers, and 8 1/2" by 11" laminated counter cards by creating the documents on the computer, then copying them on 20 lb. bond colored paper. Included with this package is a series of suggested headlines that can easily be dropped beneath each month's name.
Traditions
This package of 15 pieces of art is ideal for a shopping center in a locale with close community ties. The custom illustrations have a comfortable, old-fashioned feel. The art reflects the behavior of a market whose residents are family-oriented, with traditional values. Our designer created pen and ink seasonal drawings for this year-long campaign. The art can be used for bagstuffers, ads, signs and many collateral materials. Best of all, it can be easily and inexpensively reproduced in one color, including black, on colored, 20 lb. bond stock. Sophia
Sophia was designed in four colors for centers with a wide variety of merchandise offerings and/or an active promotional calendar. "Sophia", the graceful and elegant female image at the center of this colorful campaign, is designed to "hold" icons depicting merchandise categories or promotional events. You choose the icons "held" by Sophia to promote the event or holiday occurring at your center. For Mother's Day gift giving, as an example, Sophia could "hold" icons depicting women's clothing, shoes, beauty supplies, purses, a nail salon and florist. The program presents twelve months of promotions that motivate customers to go to the center to participate in "special" traffic-building events and take advantage of unique, sales-driven promotions.
Photography is an important component and is effectively incorporated in a way that "personalizes" the center with its marketing program.
This campaign provides the marketer with everything needed to implement a one-year marketing program. It provides at least one sales-driven or traffic-building promotion for every month of the year and step-by-step check lists to support the marketer in implementing each one. Ideas and suggestions to assist the marketer in working with the community and ideas to make the center look "less vacant" are included, as are suggestions for improving and maintaining tenant morale. Sample merchant memos and news releases are already written, so they can easily be copied with the specific details inserted in order to customize the materials for the center's marketing events.
